1kg bag of quick-cooking tapioca to make your delicious bubble tea in 5 minutes! Once cooked, these tapioca pearls will give you a soft and caramelized texture.

The ratio of tapioca pearl and water is 1:8.

1. Heat water to 90°C then add tapioca pearls
2. Once the pearls float completely, stop heating and cover for 2 minutes.
3. Drain the pearls in cold water, add brown sugar syrup, candy syrup or fructose, stir well and enjoy!
